In the name of God Amen I Sarah Dobins of Hartpury

in the County of Glos.. Widow being weak in body but of sound and

desposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for his

sake I do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testamt in manner

following (that is to say) ffirst I remand my soul into the hands of

God who gave it And my body I remitt to the Earth to be -------

buried at the discresion of my Executor hereinafter named And as to

my Worldly Estate I dispose thereof as follows (Viz.) Imprimis I

give and bequeath to my daughter Betty the wife of ffrancis ffisher

One Shilling Item I give to my Grandson William ffisher the Sum of

Five Shillings Item I give to my Grandaughter Sarah ffisher my

Bed Bedstead and furniture Hereunto belonging in the Lower Room of

the house wherein I now dwell Also I give her my Press Coffer and great

Elbow Chair in the same room Item all the rest and residue of my

Moneys Goods Cattle[?] Chattels household stuff Instruments[?] of household

and personall Estate wharsoever after my Decs. Legacy funeral

Expences and Charges of proving this my Will are paid and discharged I give and bequeath to my Good friend Jonathan Taylor of Hartpury

aforesaid Yeoman Upon trust and confidence ------ ------- ------

that he do and shall permit and suffer my daughter Sarah the wife of

William Harris to have use hold and enjoy All and singular the said

Moneys Goods Cattle Chattles and household stuff Instruments[?] of household and

personall Estate to and for her own use benefit and disposal forever

seperate and apart form her said husband It being ---- and -----

that he shall have nothing to do nor at all inte----- therewith And lastly

I do --stitute and appoint the said Jonathan Taylor to be sole Executor of

this my last Will and Tetamt hereby revoking all former Wills by me ----

In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this Eighteenth

day of August in the Third year in the reign of King George ----------
