In the name of God Amen the xxij^th daie of July and in the year of our Lord

God a thousand five hundred seventie seven I Roger Dobbyns of Newent and in the countie of

Gloucester beinge frile of body but of perfect rememberance thankes and praise be to Almightie God make

my testemente and laste will in manner and forme followinge ffirst and before all other thinge

I give and bequeathe my soule in to the handes of Almightie God my maker and redeemer trusting holy

to be saved by the death meritt and blood sheddinge of Jesus Christ my saviour and my body to the earth

Item I give to Catherine my wife x^li of good and current English money to be payed to her during

her life yearly by my executor out of my lande at ------ in the ------ most ------- --with her -----
