This is the last Will and testament of me Robert Dobbins
of Corse in the County of Gloucester Wheelwright I devise and bequeath unto my
trusted Francis Hawkins of Tidnor House Ludwardini[?] in the County of Hereford
Gentleman and John Bellamy of the City of Gloucester Grocer all my real and
personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever Upon the trusts hereinafter
mentioned (that is to say) Upon trust as soon as conveniently can be
after my decease to sell and dispose of collect get in and convert into money
all such part of my personal estate and affects except my household goods
and furniture as shall not consist of money and by and out of the money
to arise therefrom and of any ready money which I may have at the time
of my decease to pay and discharge my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses and lay out and invest the residue (if any) of such money at
interest in their own names upon such security as they may think proper
And upon further trust that they my said trustees do and shall pay to or
or permit and suffer my wife Elizabeth Dobbins to recieve and take the unto
and profits of all my real estate and the interest and dividends of any money
which may be placed out at interest as aforesaid and also to have the use
and enjoyment of my household goods and furniture for and during the
term of her natural life and from and after her decease Upon trust that they my said Trustees or Trustee
for the time being do and shall absolutely sell and dispose of either by public
auction or private contract and in such way and manner in all respect as they
or he shall think proper all my real and personal estate and effects which
shall then remain unsold And stand possessed of the money to arise therefrom
and also of any money which may have been placed out at interest or be
in the hands of my said trustees under or by virtue of the trusts aforesaid
Upon trust thereout in the fist place to pay and discharge all Mortgage
and other debts which may be then due or owing from me or my Estate
And in the next place to pay to my daughter Eleanor the Wife of
Robert Panting the sum of twenty pounds and to my grandaughter Helena
Morris daughter of my late daughter Ann Morris the sum of Fifty pounds
And upon further trust to pay and divide the residue of such moneys unto
and equally between my three daughters Eliza Jefferies, eleanor Panting and
sarah thornhill and their respective executors administrators and assigns ~
provided always and I do hereby further declare my Will to be that the
receipt or receipts of my said trustees or trustee for the time being shall be a
good and effectual discharge or good and effectual discharges to the purchaser

or purchasers of my said estate and effects herein before directed to be sold
or any part thereof for all such sum or sums of money as in such receipt
or receipts shall be expressed or acknowledged to be received and that after
the signing of such receipt or receipts such purchaser or purchasers paying
money to my said trustees or trustee and taking such recepts shall not be bound
to see the application of the money therein expressed to be received nor be
answerable for the misapplication or nonapplication thereof And I do further
declare

nominate and appoint the said Francis hawkins and John Bellamy joint
Executors of this my Will and hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any
time herebefore made In witness whereof I have to each sheet of this my last Will
and Testament contained in two sheets of paper set my hand the twenty first day
of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven

of Corse in the County of Gloucester Wheelwright but late of Cheltenham in the same
County Gentleman wasproved at Gloucester by the oath of John Bellamy one of the Executors having
been first sworn duly to administer _ Power reserved to Francis Hawkins the other Executor
