In the name of God Amen I Robert Dobbins the Elder of the Parish of Corse in the County of

Gloucester, Farmer do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form

following that is to say, I give and bequeath unto Ann Dobbins, Widow of m Son William

Dobbins deceased All that Dwellinghouse Garden and piece of Arable Land in the parish

of Corse, and now in her occupation and to hold to her during her natural life or so long as she

shall continue the Widow of the sd. William Dobbins deceased, and from and after her decease

or second Marriage which shall fist happen I give the said House Garden and Orchard unto

and amongst her four Children viz: William Dobbins, James Dobbins, Elizabeth Dobbins, and

Sophia Dobbins, to be divided equally among them. I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter

Elizabeth the Sum of Sixty Pounds to be paid to her within twelve Months next after my

decease. together with the Bed on which I now sleep, I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson

Robert Capper one Bed and Bedstead now in my Dwellinghouse. I Give and Bequeath unto

my Son Robert Dobbins All my Wearing Apparel. I Give and Bequeath unto my Grandson

James Dobbins the square Oak Table with a drawr in it, together with one round Oak Table

and also my Clock. All the cost residue and remainder of my Real and personal Estate Stock

Goods and Chattels Effects Monies and Securities for Money (except an Oak Cupboard in the

parlour of the House in which I now reside, which shall remain and be as a fixture

to the said House for the use of my Son Samuel and his family) I Give Devise and Bequeath

unto and to the use of my son Samuel his Heirs Executors Administartors and Assigns for ever.

And I appoint my said Son Samuel Dobbins Executor of this my said Will. In Witness whereof

I the said Robert Dobbins the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand

and Seal this Seventh day of March in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and

Nineteen
