Know all Men by these Presents, That We Mary
Dobyns of the parish of Upleadon in the
County of Gloucester Widdow William Bosworth
of Dimock in the County aforesaid Yeoman &
John Deo[?]
are held , and firmly bound unto William Lord Bishop
of the Diocese of Gloucester
in Five Hundred Pounds
of good and lawful Money of Great-Britain, to
be paid unto the said Lord Bishop or to
his certain attorny, his Executors, Administratore, or Assigns.
To which payment, well and truly to be made, We oblige ourselves,
and Each of us by her self, & Themselves for
the whole, our and Each & every of our Heirs, Executors,
and Administartors, firmly by these presents, Sealed with our Seals.
Dated the Fifth day of December in the
Second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the Third by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain,
France, and Ireland, King Defender of the Faith, and so forth
and in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Sixty one.

The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bounden
Mary Dobbins Administratex of ................John Dobbins her late Husband Deceased.......

On which day appeared personally Mary Dobyns and
alleged that John Dobyns - late of the parish of Upleadon
in the County and Diocese of Gloucester Yeoman deceased
Dyed Intestate and that she the said Mary Dobyns is the
Lawful Widow and Relict of the said deceased
Wherefore she prayed that Admministartion
of all and singular the Goods Chattels Rights and
Credits of the said Deceased might be granted and
commited to her on giving such good and
sufficient Security as in this behalf is required
and so forth
Let Administration be Granted as above prayed
