In the Name of God Amen I John Dobbins of the par of Oxenhall in the County of Glour Gent

being sick and weak in body but of perfect memory and understanding thanks be to God for it

Do hereby make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that

is to say) Principally I commend my Soul to Almighty God trusting to be saved by the meritts

of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to the earth to be decently Buried at the

Discression of my Executors hereafter named and my worldly Estate and Goods which it hath

pleased God to bless me with in this Life I give and dispose of in manner and form following

Imprisis I give and bequeath unto my Grandaughter Anne Dobbins my Bed Bedstead Matt Cord

and also the ffurniture to the same belonging which is lying and being in the parlour Item I give

and bequeath unto my grandaughter Deborah Dobbins my Bed Bedstead Matt and Cord and also the

ffurniture to the same belonging which is lying and being in the Hall Chamber Item I give and bequeath

unto my son Robert my Lease of Hopkin’s and also My Syder Mill and all Materials to the same

belonging and my joint press Item all and particular all the Rest of my personal Estate Goods Catle Chattells ---

Moneys and Creditts whatsoever not before bequeath I give and bequeath unto my Sons John and

Robert Equally to be divided between them And I do hereby make and ordain my said Sons

John and Robert my sole Executors Jointly of this my Last Will and Testament revoking all other by

me before made In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seal the Twenty Eighth Day

of September Anno-- Dom. 1728

principal lawfully constituted by John Dobyns Son and one

of the Executors and is forth to whom and soforth having

----- well and faithfully to Administer to the said Will
