THE WILL OF DANIEL DOBYNS
In the Name of God Amen I DANIELL DOBYNS
of Kiddermister in the County of Worcester Esqe
beinge in perfecte health and memory doe make
constitute and appointe this my last will and testa-
ment in manner and fforme ffollowinge
Impris I Comend my sould into the hands of
Almightye God trustinge through the merritts and
passion of Christ my Savior and redeemer for
remission of all my sinns and my bodye to the
grave to be Buried at the discretion of my Execu-
tors heareafter named. And for my worldly
Estate I give and bequeath as followeth
Imprimis to my eldest sonn RICHARD DOBYNS
I give to him and his heires for ever all the Tythes
of Ouldington Milton and my enclosed Lande at
Burlash in the parish of Kiddermister aforesaid
in the County of Worcester as it shalbe heareafter
limited in this my will.
Item I likewise give unto my sonn RICHARD all
the Tythes of ffranch and Puxton my haye tythe
rents the tythes of Cordwell Parke the moyitye
or one halfe of all the tythes of Sutton and the Lea
in the parish of Kiddermister and Countye of
Worcester aforesaid to have and to houlde to him
and his heires for ever under the same lymitations
as shalbe heareafter named.
Item I give to my sonn ROBERT DOBYNS all
my Tythes of Trimpley and Habberly my Barne
and barne Close in Kiddermister aforesaid the
tythes of Cursfield als Crosfield and the other
halfe or moyitye of the Tythe of Sutton and the
Lea to have and to hould to him and his heires
for ever under the lymitations ffollowinge,
Item I give to my sonn DANIELL DOBYNS alI
my Tythes of Wribbenhall Blakeston and Netherton
in the Parish of Kiddermister aforesaid to have
and to hould to him and his heires for ever under
the lymitations heareafter named
Item I give to my Daughter URSULA DOBYNS
the sum of ffive hundred pounds of lawfull money
of Englande to be raysed out of all my respective
lands and Tythes before mentioned given to my
said sonns, and my Will and further meaninge is
that untill my said Daughters portion of ffive
hundred pounds shalbe raysed and payde and all
my debts that I shall justly owe and all such
Charges expenses in law and my funerall and all
other damnification my Executors shall lay out or
be put to in the managinge of my Estate and Per-
formance of this my will my said sonns shall
receave as ffolloweth yearly and every yeare and
noe more viz my sonn RICHARD the sum of fortye
pounds by equall portions at Michass and our
Ladye Daye as it can be raysed my sonn ROBERT
the sum of twentye pounds in like manner and my
sonn DANIELL DOBYNS twenty pounds in like
manner, and to my daughter URSULA twenty pounds
as the rest of her brothers are payd untill her said
portion of ffive hundred pounds shalbe raysed and
payde as aforesayd allowinge and deductinge five
pounds for every hundred pound as she shall
receave out of her said annuitye or yearely mayn-
tenance. And my further will and meaninge is
and I doe heareby give and bequeath all the
respective Lands and Tythes above Intended to
my severall sonns, and the present possession
thereof after my Death Immediately to Commense
to my Executors heareafter named and the sur-
vivor and survivors of them and theyre heyres
untill this my will and the respective Sums
legacys debts portions severall expenses and
all other damnifications as aforesaid shalbe
raysed satisfied and payde, and that none or
eyther of my sonns shall have the managinge
disposinge or receaving of any of my said Rents
but my Executors soly untill this my will be per-
formed and then my said sonns to Inheritt their
severall estates as above graunted. And my will
further is that the Chancell of the Church of Kidder-
mister shalbe from tyme to tyme repayred at the
equall Charge of my three sonns out of theyre
respective estates they recevinge and sharinge
equally the mortuaryes and other dutyes belonginge
the reunto.
Provided that if either of my sayd Children
shall molest or refuse to submitt to this my will
that such child or Children shall utterly be
debarred from any benifitt of their said Annuities
or estate untill they shall fully Conforme therunto
And I doe appointe rny sonns ROBERT and DANIELL
to be at the disposinge and orderinge of my Exe-
cutors And I doe hearby of this my last will and
Testament rnake my sonn in law NICHOLAS
TRUSSELL gent RICHARD DOBYNS my sonn and
RICHARD DEDDICOTT gent full and sole Executors
of this my will revoking all others and I doe desire
my honored frends ffRANCIS ffINCH Esqr and
EDMUND WALLER Esqr to be aydinge and assistinge
to my Executors and overseers hearof and I doe
give to each of them a Ringe of twenty shillings
price to weare for my sake.
In witness hearof I have heareunto set my hande
and Seale to this my last will and Testament Con-
tayninge halfe a Sheete of paper written one both
sides this seaventeenth day of June one thousand
six hundred sixtye and three in the raigne of our
soveraigne Lord Kinge Charles the second and of
our Lord god 1663.

A Codicell to this my will is as ffolloweth
Itm my will and meaninge is that if any of my
Children expressed in the bodye of my sayd will
shall dye before they shall come of the age of
twenty and one yeares that then their bequest
shalbe shared amongst the rest that be livinge
equally
Itm: I give and bequeath unto my two grand-
children duringe theire lives namely DANIELL
DOBYNS and EDMUND DOBYNS twentye pound per
Ann to be payd them out of my tythe of Ouldington
if it amount to soe much.
